Private 1-1 Birth Essentials Intensive Course

This is for clients who have found hypnobirthing late on in pregnancy, specifically past 35 weeks. This is a more condensed version of the full course. The key elements of hypnobirthing are focused on and include the following:

  • Clarification on what hypnosis is

  • The role of birth hormones and creating a positive mindset

  • Relaxation and breathing tools and techniques

  • Discussing the use of anchors and massage when birthing

  • Making decisions and the birth process

  • Discussing birth plans/preferences

 

You will have dedicated support from myself during the course and up until your baby is born via email or WhatsApp

 

The course will be delivered either online or in person. I can come to your home within a 10 mile radius from Leyland or you are welcome to come to mine

 

The availability of times and dates can be discussed prior to booking and will include either certain evenings or weekends

 

Course investment is £190, subject to a £50 deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid 1 week prior to the course commencing

 

In person course is 1 x 4 hour session

Online course is 2 sessions of 2 hours

  • Hypnobirthing workbook- This interactive workbook accompanies the course and includes lots of positive birth stories/lots of practical tips to consider/ example birth plans and so much more.

  • A Birth with Soph treat bag containing some little extra gifts as a thankyou for choosing me to be part of your journey

  • A little box of beautiful affirmation cards to support your beliefs and mindset

  • A collection of bespoke MP3’s recorded in my voice to support your preparation at home . These will also include extra recordings of ‘Relax and Enjoy your pregnancy’, ‘Coping with the unexpected’ and ‘Home Birth Fear Release’.

  • Support if needed via WhatsApp up until your baby arrives for that extra confidence boost

 

Please note - The workbook, treat bag and affirmation cards will be sent in the post 2 weeks prior to you starting the course and after the initial deposit has been paid
